I’ve been to several events catered by Southern Waze. The food is always outstanding, and that’s not just my opinion. Everyone else in attendance always raves about the food quality as well. I really like his bbq (pork, chicken and brisket)! I don’t even need bbq sauce….it’s that good. The other thing I noticed at the events I’ve attended is their attention to detail. It’s obvious they care and want those attending to have a wonderful experience. They are extremely service oriented and want everyone to have a 5-star experience!
